Refurbished IT is thoroughly refurbished, functionally tested, and comes with up to 5 years warranty, retail packaging, and the latest operating system as standard. Used IT receives the same careful treatment, however, with a 2-year warranty, basic packaging, and without a pre-installed operating system.
