Each device undergoes a careful audit, during which it is examined and classified in detail. In this way, we ensure that only the best devices are included in the refurbishment process.
Data security is our top priority: We delete all data on devices in compliance with GDPR and BSI.
Scratches and signs of wear are removed so that the devices look new not only technically but also visually.
Our technicians check and repair every device. Any spare parts that may be required are carefully selected and used.
As soon as the devices are technically up to date, we install the latest, compatible operating system and the necessary software.
Each refurbished device is retail packaged and prepared for shipping. We ensure that it arrives well protected.
In the final step, the prepared goods reach you: like new and ready for immediate use.
Defective hardware that cannot be refurbished goes through our secure and professional disposal process.
The hardware is carefully dismantled, materials separated and reusable components identified.
All data carriers are securely destroyed in accordance with DIN 66399-2 E4, -2 T5 and -2 H5.
We properly dispose of non-reusable materials, adhering to all applicable environmental standards.
